How Personalized MORILAND Artwork Works
Personalized MORILAND artwork is created especially for you using the photos, details and customization choices submitted with your order. A digital proof is provided for approval before the final artwork is delivered or sent to production.
1. Choose Your Artwork
Select the personalized product that best matches your idea. Available options may include custom pet portraits, dogs in vehicles, vehicle portraits, name artwork, custom colors and coordinating art sets.
Review the product description carefully because available formats, customization options and photo requirements vary by product.
2. Submit Your Details
Complete all personalization fields shown on the product page. Depending on the design, you may be asked to provide:
- One or more reference photos
- Your preferred vehicle, color or background
- A name, initials or custom wording
- Orientation or layout preferences
- Special notes for the artwork
Please provide clear, well-lit photos whenever possible. The subject should be visible and not heavily cropped, blurred or covered.
3. Place Your Order
Before completing checkout, confirm that all selections and uploaded photos are correct. Your customization information is submitted with the order and is used to create your proof.
4. Review Your Proof
A digital proof will be sent for your review before the final artwork is delivered or printed. Check the artwork carefully, including names, colors, composition and requested details.
Reply with your approval or clearly describe any requested adjustments. Production of a physical product begins only after the final proof is approved.
5. Approve the Final Artwork
Your approval confirms that the artwork is ready in its current form. Please check spelling, placement, colors and other personalized details before approving.
After approval, additional changes may require an extra fee or a new order, particularly when production has already begun.
6. Receive Your Artwork
Digital personalized artwork: The final high-resolution file will be delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless the product specifically includes a printed format.
Printed personalized artwork: After proof approval, the artwork is sent to production and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information is supplied when available.
Photo Tips
- Use bright, natural lighting when possible.
- Choose a clear photo showing the subject’s important features.
- Avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images and very small files.
- For pets, include clear views of the face, markings and coat color.
- For vehicles, include clear views of the body shape, wheels and distinguishing details.
Changes, Cancellations and Returns
Contact MORILAND as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a personalized order. Once design work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved personalized digital and physical products are made specifically for the customer and cannot normally be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact MORILAND with your order details and photographs of the issue.
